I know already know about this issues. In my opinion, I will still on facebook because facebook give me a lot of help and information like know a lot of people around the world, some information that never post in newspaper and other. But need to protect own privacy by not give the full information about yourself and some privacy thing like daily activity.

The personal privacy should be protected by our own.not rely on the website security.
And we should be responsible for our act both on internet and in our reality.
I wish you can elaborate more, you said that we need to protect our own privacy by not giving too much information about ourselves, but how much is too much? Is there any standard given?
